PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING!!!
These terms and conditions are binding and must be understood before proceeding with any booking.
1️⃣ Handle with Care
Wedding gowns, veils, tails, ropes, bow ties, and petticoats are handed over in excellent, ironed condition. Any misplaced items or damages (tears, stains) will incur additional charges.
2️⃣ Cleaning & Damage Policy
No tears or stains should occur. If excessive laundry is required, a fee of 4,000 KES will be charged. Missing items will attract a compensation fee per item.
3️⃣ Verification & Return Process
Check all items upon receipt and report any issues immediately (with proof, e.g., video evidence). Failure to report issues means the items were received in good condition. Clearance on return will be done only after all items are verified.
📅 Return Deadlines & Policies
Dresses must be returned by the agreed date. Late returns attract a 1,000 KES per-day penalty.
Logistics and parcel costs are the client's responsibility.
Dress changes/swaps are allowed, but a top-up fee applies based on selection.
No refunds once payments are made.
Clients must present a physical ID and real mobile number for booking.
Gown alterations upon request cost 1,000 KES.
Gown fittings without booking attract a 600 KES fee.
Gowns are picked up from 2 PM on the pickup date (as per the receipt).
Do NOT parcel returns—gowns must be returned physically to the store.
Do NOT wash the gown. If returned washed, a 4,000 KES laundry fee will be charged.
